German Lutheran Synod President Grabs at Catholic Congress Communion: On Ascension, May 14, Anna-Nicole Heinrich, President of the Synod of the Evangelical Church in Germany (EKD), grabbed Communion during the opening Eucharist of the German Catholic Congress ("Katholikentag"). She took Communion from a woman immediately after Bishop Heiner Wilmer of Münster, the president of the German bishops.
I thought I was no longer shockable, but the sight of the de facto leader of the German Catholic Church accompanying/encouraging/blessing a Lutheran receiving Communion proved me wrong. What destructive arrogance, on both their parts.
When the World Turns Its Back There are moments in life when standing for truth feels lonely. When you choose righteousness, conviction, and faithfulness to God, the world may not applaud you. Instead, it may misunderstand you, reject you, or even turn its back on you. But Scripture reminds us that God often does His greatest work in seasons of isolation. When the world walks away, God draws near. 1. Rejection is not the end, it is often the beginning of God’s purpose Jesus Himself was rejected by men, yet He became the Savior of the world. What looks like loss in the eyes of people may actually be God setting the stage for something eternal. Even when others walk away, God is still writing your story. 2. Standing alone does not mean you are truly alone When everyone else leaves, God remains. His presence is not dependent on human approval. In your quiet moments of being overlooked or abandoned, He is closest. He becomes your comfort, your strength, and your voice when no one else …More
Pentecost Acts 2:1-11 "They were all filled with the Holy Spirit." Thank you, Holy Spirit, for being the reason for my life, for the love of God, for the joy and peace within me. 1 Corinthians 12:3b-7, 12-13 "For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body." The unifier is the Holy Spirit, the love of God. Everything begins with the love of God and everything returns to the love of God. John 20:19-23 Jesus said, "Receive the holy Spirit." This means for us to receive the Holy Spirit. Let us welcome the Holy Spirit and let the impulse of God's love lead us to evangelize in his work. Biblical texts: NAB-RE Normand Thomas.

The Scottish Diocese of Aberdeen, headed by Bishop Hugh Gilbert, published on May 21 a short press release on the Transalpine Redemptorists: “In the wake of various concerning statements and alleged actions of the Sons of the Most Holy Redeemer, the Diocese of Aberdeen has for some months been pursuing a legal process, following the Canon Law of the Church. When this process is completed, the Diocese will make its conclusions known. The matter has also been referred to the competent authorities in Rome. As such, while the matters rest in effect sub judice, no comment is appropriate at this time.” #newsKimviaxmkz

The Diocese of Capua is investigating claims that a fiberglass statue of Padre Pio in Casalba near Naples shed a tear first noticed on April 18. Parish priest Don Girolamo Capuano says he reviewed April security footage and found no evidence of tampering. The diocese is examining the substance seen on the statue. The case has drawn pilgrims and national media attention, while Church authorities remain cautious after a previous “weeping statue” in the same town was later explained by rainwater leakage.

I post this sort of thing to make people aware of falling for everything they see, hear and read. I despise propaganda and it all must be destroyed. I hope to be part of destroying it. Here is trump and President Putin during a meeting. As you listen to trump chase reporters out, keep your eyes on President Putin. I will first leave the original video and then the one they spread and make something out of nothing. There are video's that are posted by a few people on gtv that two jewish brothers own the show. The media something or midas something or other. Along with a Hispanic show. Not sure if they are one and the same. They post some truth with lies. Not my sort of show I would dare post or listen to. They did the same thing. They showed President Putin playing around with microphones and Kim Jong Un who then pushed the microphones up and down. Not as a signal but just it seems Kim had no idea what or why Putin did it. The original video is Putin playing around and papers and pens …More
I thought I would add Putin gifting the car to Kim as well. Putin and Kim both trying to get the other to drive the car. Putin lost as usual. Did the same thing with Bergoglio as well. He lost then as well trying to allow Bergoglio to go through the doors first. Then waited till he sat down before Bergoglio sat down. Showing great respect as he does to everyone. Putin hesitates before entering Kim Jong Un's car during North Korea visit
There was once a picture of President Putin and Kim Jong Un in a car. People on gtv made a huge thing out of it. The things that were said were far from the truth. I was so surprised by their reaction over two leaders driving a car that I didn't bother to say a word about it. It was very sad that someone would post an innocent picture and then accuse them of evil things. And the people then followed along. Well, today I want to show you exactly why they were driving the car. It was a gift from Vladimir to Kim. Kim gifted Vladimir two famous dogs to Putin as everyone knows to Putin's heart is children, animals and nature. I am not sure if the white horses are also gifted, but I do know there were other gifts as well exchanged. I thought why not post one more piece of propaganda. Putin, Kim bond over dogs, horses and driving
On 21 May, Fsspx.news published a message from Father Davide Pagliarani, Superior of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X, addressed to its members regarding the Episcopal Consecrations. The text was signed March 7. Main points, slightly shortened. - While the state of necessity could already be invoked in 1988, this state of necessity is, unfortunately, even more evident in 2026. - There is a positive aspect to this situation. The announcement on 2 February left no one in the Catholic Church indifferent. Almost everyone feels concern and the need to express their approval or disapproval. - The reason behind the decision to proceed with episcopal consecrations is the salvation of souls. This should not be seen as mere rhetoric or a simple canonical justification. - We must love the Church, even if its official representatives were to declare us excommunicated and schismatic once again. - We must never succumb to bitterness. - We must remember that if Divine Providence grants us the …More
The Superior General of the SSPX has defended the Society’s decision to consecrate bishops this summer, arguing that the “state of necessity” first invoked by Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre in 1988 is now “even more evident in 2026”. Fr Davide Pagliarani also warned that any declaration of excommunication or schism against the Society “would be objectively unjust”.
Michael Matt: Private Latin Masses allowed in France once again. Last year, over Pentecost weekend, private Traditional Latin Masses were forbidden in Paris and Chartres before and after the Notre Dame de Chretiente Pilgrimage to Chartres.
Catholic Masses in the ancient Roman Rite (not to be mistaken with deficient New Rite) are always allowed and it needs a large dose of slavery of the spirit to say that they are forbidden.
If your friends or acquaintances do not lead you closer to God, or improve your spiritual life, it is best to stay away from them. Continue praying for their conversion is the best gift you can give them.
The man featured for nearly 25 years on the cover of the Roman priest calendar “Calendario Romano” is not a priest. Giovanni Galizia, now 39, told La Repubblica he posed for the photo at age 17 in Palermo as a joke after meeting photographer Piero Pazzi. Galizia said he was never paid, never felt called to the priesthood, and now works in flight attendant training for a Spanish airline. He described the image as an aesthetic portrait of an embarrassed teenager whose friends were laughing during the shoot.
A calendar featuring close-ups of young, handsome priests has been a popular Rome souvenir for two decades. However, many of those photographed aren't actually priests.
Retired Swiss Bishop Marian Eleganti wrote a blog post on May 21 about the synodal “occupational therapy” ordered by the Vatican. Main points slightly shortened. - What comes from Rome — the workshop behind the universally proclaimed synodal process — is human wisdom. Apparently, its protagonists have nothing better to do than keep issuing instructions to local churches on how to manage and sustain this synodal process, a stillbirth from the start. - It is the full-time actors of this dysfunctional, committee-run Church who busy themselves - at great expense - with commissioned management tools and synodal papers. - Nothing comes of it except ever more documents to read, heterodox study results, and newly invented committees — on top of the many already existing ones. - By now, it has become clear what this process aims at: restructuring the Church’s longstanding doctrinal positions on divorce and remarriage, homosexuality and the broader queer agenda, the synodal democratization of …More
