They won't join the Novus Ordo religion. Russia's conversion, requisite for them playing any heroic role, hinges upon their conversion to the authentic Catholic religion, which they will someday do. Prior to that, they will accomplish no conversions of anyone else other than temporarily into their accursed and heretical religion. To argue the contrary would be as errant as saying the Muslims will become stout missionaries of the Church. Certainly, nobody expects that.
I prefer to frame it as liberating the good Russians from the crooked schismatics and secular rulers in that country. I specifically mentioned how there were well-behaved folks there who need something to shake away the Russian Orthodox stranglehold on that nation.

Yes, I think most of what you speak of here pertains to the dreaded concept of "controlled opposition," which almost certainly spans both the Trad Inc and Trad Inc 2.0 phenomena. If you consider these Trad Inc 2.0 men to be intelligent, then given all those blind spots and oversights, we can only conclude one of two possibilities: 1) they ignore or obfuscate those atrocities on purpose (they're controlled), or 2) they genuinely believe this idiocy about tolerating a "lesser of two evils." This includes the likes of Jackson, Donnelly, Kokx, Walker, and various others, most of whom seem to have emerged out of nowhere in the last few years.

If it is the latter, then we might ask whether the SSPX does enough to recruit these men by espousing a position of strong opposition to evil, namely that which is found masquerading as the hierarchy in Rome (Prevost, Mucho, et al). If SSPX bishops do not oppose apostate Rome, then they do not do enough to entice anyone to join their Society since it is a society of tepidity.
