Una advertencia que llegó a lo más alto
El primer correo electrónico (puedes leerlo siguiendo este enlace, aquí) —ya establecido como documento fundacional— no fue dirigido por la madre de la víctima a un periodista, a un juez ni a una ONG. Die erste E-Mail – bereits als grundlegendes Dokument etabliert – richtete sich weder an einen Journalisten noch an einen Richter oder eine NGO. Sie wurde direkt an die höchste Autorität des Piaristenordens, Pedro Aguado, gesendet, der zu diesem Zeitpunkt als Generaloberer (Pedro Aguado) die volle Leitungsgewalt innehatte. She wrote directly to the person who was, at the time, the Superior General of the Order of the Piarist Fathers, Pedro Aguado Cuesta, then based in Rome. The content of that email—now in our possession—constitutes an explicit denunciation of sexual abuse against a minor, identifying the alleged perpetrator, describing the facts that occurred in Mexico, detailing severe psychological consequences, and making a direct request for guidance and justice.
The temporal context is essential. The warning was addressed to the highest authority of the Order before any personal meeting took place, and while Aguado still held full governing responsibility.

We herein examine possible influence-trafficking offenses surrounding the appointment of a priest from the Diocese of Huesca-Jaca in Spain—whose personal sexually active life and regular visits to swing clubs before he was eighteen and after, had long been known within ecclesiastical circles—to a senior position in Aragón’s public health administration. The appointment took place with the explicit approval of his bishop, Julián Ruiz Martorell (at the time Bishop of Huesca-Jaca), and with the support of senior political and religious figures.
