Ninety-five years ago, on Feb. 22, 1931, Jesus appeared to a simple, uneducated Polish nun known today as St. Faustina. The vision led to the painting of The Divine Mercy Image. This Image has become a source of amazing graces for souls who trust in Jesus by venerating or honoring it.
On that day, Sr. Faustina Kowalska, a Sister of Our Lady of Mercy, was in her convent in Plock, Poland, when Jesus appeared to her:
I saw the Lord Jesus clothed in a white garment. One hand was raised in the gesture of blessing, the other was touching the garment at the breast. From beneath the garment slightly drawn at the breast, there were emanating two large …

(
LifeSiteNews) — Bishop Athanasius Schneider recently revealed that Pope Leo XIV told him he has met young people who converted to Catholicism because of the traditional Latin Mass (TLM).
The extraordinary report was highlighted by National Catholic Register Vatican correspondent Edward Pentin in an X post sharing an interview the Auxiliary Bishop of Astana, Kazakhstan had with Dr. Robert Moynihan, founder and editor of Inside the Vatican magazine.

“He said he met young people who told (h)im that their conversion to God was thanks to the traditional Latin mass,” Schneider told Moynihan. “I was surprised to hear this from the pope himself. So this was for me a sign that he had some sensibility for this topic.”
This reported admission from Leo is especially remarkable …

Dear Melbourne and Australian Catholics, we must now speak up against this as the current parishes I've visited are (not all but some) already lukewarm, homilies are weak, immodest wearing of clothes, etc, etc is possibly leading souls to Hell; this Synod will be the final nail in the coffin. I'll be contacting the Archbishop of Melbourne and various priests the grave/mortal dangers that will come about from this Synod in the Archdiocese of Melbourne and Australia. Australian Catholics, you need to make sure the that the True Magisterial Teachings are not lost in your Catholic parish where God has put you for a reason and souls will depend on your Knowledge, Gospel Love and Fortitude. You be the instrument and Our Lord Jesus Christ will work through you with the prayers of His Holy Mother. Don't wait, Start NOW in this time of Lent and beyond!

Melbourne Synod to be held in 2026

Preparations are underway for an Archdiocesan Synod, with three key themes to form the focus of the 2026 gathering: young discipleship, missionary leadership, and formation and participation.
In a
letter addressed the faithful, Archbishop Peter A Comensoli called the synod ‘an important moment in the life of our local Church in Melbourne’.
‘This Jubilee Year of Hope has been a time of great grace for us,’ the Archbishop wrote. ‘Throughout the year, I have been meeting with clergy and lay leaders, listening to them, and discerning with them as to how the Archdiocese of Melbourne might respond to the call to hold an Archdiocesan Synod.’
‘From this time of prayer, grace and reflection, I now wish to share that I have initiated preparations for a Synod to be held in the Archdiocese of Melbourne in 2026.’
Next year’s synod has been part of ‘an unfolding journey’, Archbishop Comensoli explained, with Australia hosting the Fifth Plenary Council from 2021 to 2022, which he said ‘arose …

New Vatican-approved Marian statutes reflect heresy of Modernism - LifeSite

Wed Feb 18, 2026 - 4:01 pm ESTThu Feb 19, 2026 - 11:44 am EST
(
LifeSiteNews) — New statutes approved by the Vatican refer to Marian devotions as “expressions of the human heart” and recast them in terms of human political goals.
These goals include “dialogue between cultures,” “integral development of the human person in harmony with the environment,” and “universal brotherhood in solidarity, justice and world peace.”
The reordering of Marian devotion toward “progressive” political goals follows directly from the adoption of the Modernist principle that the origins of “worship, devotions, pilgrimages” lie in “the human heart.”
Modernism and the origins of religious devotion
The preamble of the new statutes of the Pontifical International Marian Academy states that the academy regards with favor “the expressions of the human heart … which manifest themselves through worship, devotions, pilgrimages and all artistic forms.”
This formulation encapsulates the Modernist doctrine …

False Marian devotion, and idolatrous corruptions of the Sacred Heart, do not proceed from the Catholic Church but rather from adherents of the “new church” of the Modernists who have usurped power in the Vatican.

Mike the Pike

The Modernists teach that the Catholic religion originates within man and leads back to man. Modernist religion thus leads away from God and toward eternal death.
