Their attorney, Vernadette Broyles, says an abuse allegation against the father was found unsupported. The state now has guardianship, while a restraining order prevents Sophie’s parents and older brother from contacting her. The family says DCF sought to administer high-dose testosterone, but a judge has temporarily blocked the treatment as they fight the case. The next court hearing is October 29.

In Canada, Abdul Aziz Kawam, an Islamic scum born in Saudi Arabia, asked a Canadian on the street if he was Muslim. When the Canadian replied no, Kawam stabbed him, after invoking Allah. Kawam then got on a bus and tried to slit the throat of another Canadian. Kawam told the police that he had done it "in the name of the Islamic State" to which he had pledged allegiance. His two victims survived. Kawam was convicted of attempted murder in connection with a terrorist organization. Toronto Archdiocese cracks down on the traditional Latin Masses. Cardinal Francis Leo of Toronto, Canada, is implementing 'Traditionis Custodes', effective next Sunday. The Visitation nuns are preparing to leave Nevers, France, after more than four centuries. The remaining sisters are emptying their monastery. Furniture, crockery, tables, cupboards and other belongings are being sold in two “vide-couvent” sales, on September 12 and 19. The departure follows a steep decline in numbers. By early 2025 only four nuns remained. On March 15, 2025 two elderly sisters left. At the time, remaining Sister Marie-Odile stressed that this did not yet mean closure, joking that the priests’ violet vestments were “not those of a funeral.” Eighteen months later, the disposal of the convent’s contents signals the community’s approaching departure. The exact date on which the last sisters will leave has not been announced, nor has the future of the building. Some sources say Sept 23, 25, 26. It probably does not matter which week you choose. I intend to fast starting the Wednesday, September 16.

Cavalli is a "believer" of the synodal church and according to this "church" one should adept foreign cultural elements of other groups into the liturgy....
