That is not true.
True Catholics are not welcome in Hell. The real Catholics are welcome and goes only to Heaven. Often times via Purgatory! But still,- only to Heaven.
So, not everybody is welcome to Hell. Neither to Heaven, of course, which is even more certain.
Yes, Popes lead people to Heaven, while the false prophet welcomes them to Hell by calling it "the church that welcomes".
