Ce film a été réalisé entre 2010 et 2014 à la demande de la communauté des Soeurs de la Fraternité Saint-Pie-X, par deux vidéastes bénévoles, et n'a jamais été publié. Il retrace l'histoire de cette communauté fondée à la demande de Mgr Marcel Lefebvre par sa soeur Mère Marie-Gabriel, qui venait de quitter la communauté des Soeurs du saint-Esprit après en avoir été assistante générale. "Seigneur, donnez-nous beaucoup de saintes vocations religieuses!"

At Tenebrae on Maundy Thursday
Tenebrae (Latin for darkness") is a religious service of the Catholic Church held during the three days preceding Easter Sunday and characterized by gradual extinguishing of candles, and by a "strepitus" or "loud noise" taking place in total darkness near the end of the service. The traditions regarding this service go back at least to the ninth century.
Matins, originally celebrated a few hours after midnight, and lauds, originally celebrated at dawn, were anticipated by the late Middle Ages on the afternoon or evening of the preceding day, and were given the name "Tenebrae" because concluding when darkness was setting in.
The celebration of matins and lauds of these days on the previous evening in the form referred to as Tenebrae in churches with a sufficient number of clergy was universal in the Roman Rite until the reform of the Holy Week ceremonies by Pope Pius XII in 1955.

I sincerely thank you for your warm support and prayers. I am filled with joy and gratitude that many of you shared in the emotions I felt through this performance video. However, some have expressed concerns that this performance might undermine the sanctity of the ordination and the traditions of Catholicism. I would like to offer a more detailed explanation regarding this.
Firstly, I want to make it clear that this performance was held separately from the ordination Mass. The ordination Mass was conducted solemnly in accordance with Catholic tradition. You can get a sense of the atmosphere of the Mass through the video linked here.

St Davids Cathedral and St Non’s Holy Well
St David was a 6th century Celtic monk, who was conceived by St Non (feast day 2nd of March) his mother in rape.
He founded a monastery beside the river Alun which later became the site of the Cathedral. St David was known as aquaticus (water drinker) on account of his strict asceticism.
He fought the Pelagian heresy at the synod of Brefi.
He is the Patron Saint of Wales, and his feast day is on the 1st of March.
The Cathedral of St Davids is odd, not only from the lack of an apostrophe but also of a surrounding of urban development.
Unlike other great Cathedrals in England and on the continent, St Davids lies in a meadow surrounded by rural peace. It was begun in 1181 and was tinkered with even as recently as 2010
