- Cardinal Anthony Poola, 62, of Hyderabad, India, supports various programmes to propagate transvestitism. He has personally participated in such events (e.g. "inclusive Christmas celebrations", Transvestite Day). Such actions are supported by Misereor, an aid organisation of the German bishops. Poola also praised the Vatican's decision to "allow" transvestites to participate in the sacraments of baptism and confirmation.
- Cardinal Jose Fuerte Advincula, 72, of Manila, Philippines, washed the feet of Ryan Borja Capitulo, chosen to represent the homosexual propaganda machine, on Maundy Thursday 2023. However, Capitulo calls his homosexuality a "struggle" and wants to live in chastity according to Catholic teaching.
- Cardinal Soane Patita Paini Mafi, 62, of Tonga, Polynesia, is a friend of Leitis, the only homosexual propaganda group in Tonga. On 6 December 2016, Mafi told their national convention: "The most important thing is to make them feel accepted." In December 2020, he presided at a Eucharist for the local transvestite community at the Basilica of St Anthony of Padua.
- Cardinal Sérgio da Rocha, 64, of São Salvador da Bahia, Brazil, presided at a Eucharist for so-called "victims" of "transphobia" on 21 May 2021 and accepted a request from homosexual propagandists to have the Hail Mary sung by a transvestite.
- Cardinal Ulrich Steiner, 73, of Manaus, Brazil, is in favour of a state recognition of homosexual concubinage.
